A Bit of History

About a year ago, in 2006, sometime around March, I opened my first ever website. It was called Sheenasvit (Ukrainian for Sheena's World) and was my portfolio. Hosted by Freewebs, it served it's purpose: making me feel like somehow my artwork was being seen by others. In reality, during those first few months, basically no one visited the site. By October, I hated the name, so I changed it to Reckless Beauty, after a song by Billy Klippert. Currently, my portfolio is still called this. Reckless was still hosted by freewebs, but it eventually got some visitors, not many, but a few. In June 2007, I joined Portfelia Forums where I met Leigh. She kindly offered to host me, as well as give me my own domain. It's pretty much the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me, and I'm so greatful. Thanks so much Leigh!
