I broke my toaster.

I really sad about that. I wanted to toast my Pop-Tart. It's one of those new Strawberry Shake flaoured ones. I've never had that kind and I was so excited to try it. And now it's stuck in my toaster and won't come out. It's crushing.

I havn't updated in awhile, so I haven't blogged about the Less Than Jake concert yet! It was on the 26th and it was probably the greatest thing I've seen in my entire life. The first band was the Real Deal - they kind of sucked, so I was happy when they finished. The Johnstone's were next and they were really good! They're music is super catchy. Just don't read the lyrics. haha Then came LTJ! It's was so exciting and they played all my favourite songs. Reel Big Fish finished it off and they were pretty good. The concert atmosphere was really interesting. For one thing, I didn't feel as out of place as I expected. I'm extremely self-conscious, so I feel awkward in almost every situation where I don't know people. But this wasn't actually that bad. I think it helped that it was a ska show, and how can you feel out of place when everyone is doing the funniest dance? Skanking is hilarious. I love it. Everybody had the best fashion sense too hehe. There was this one guy with sleep pants and then jean shorts over top, and another girl with tights that were so ripped I have no idea how she got them on. It was really quite funny to see. I brought my sister with me and I think that's the only part she liked - the making fun of people part I mean. She doesn't exactly like ska to say the least. I would def. go to another concert if I get the chance!

Since the concert, life has not been very exciting. My muse seems to be taking a vacation as I can't seems to make anything decent lately. I do have two pieces though, which I'm very proud of. The first took hours, but I really like how it turned out.

Can We Be Saved? From a Rise Against song, I like how it turned out

Oh! And pick up the new Rise Against CD, Appeal to Reason. It's fantastic! You can always count on RA to have really good lyrics. And I have one new affiliate posted (though we've been affiliates for awhile. Sorry this took so long Spencer!) Spencer at Horizon her portfoilo that's part of Skyline Illusions.
